In most cases we can have a plumber at your door within an hour to diagnose and make any repairs needed the same day.
If we have you come out for a free consultation and decide to have the repairs done can the work be completed on the same day?
Yes, repairs can be made on the same day. Our plumber’s vans are fully stocked and if additional material is needed, we have an extensive inventory and we also utilize a number of local supply houses to get any needed parts or materials on the same day.

Do you offer financing?

I am not sure if my water heater can be repaired. Can you diagnose and repair it if needed?
Yes, our technicians will perform a full diagnostic on your water heater. Based on the findings they can let you know what needs to be done to get hot water back into your home. If a repair is not an option, we will explain the findings of the diagnosis and can replace the water heater while we are on site as our technicians carry water heaters on their vans for quick and easy same day service.
Do you install or repair gas lines?
Yes, we can repair any gas leaks in your home. We also install new gas lines as needed for pool heaters, outdoor fireplaces, grills or any natural gas fixtures.
How much does it cost for an estimate?
We offer free consultations to give you a clear and full understanding of the issues at hand and what needs to be done to properly correct them. We will provide a clear cost of the repair for your approval prior to any work being done in your home.
Why can’t you provide a price over the phone?
Providing a price over the phone is never the answer, without a plumber having eyes on the issue at hand there is no way to know exactly what is causing any of the plumbing problems you may be experiencing. Having a free consultation makes sure that all aspects of the needed work are diagnosed, and the repair plan is clearly laid out with accurate pricing and any questions you may have answered.
My plumbing project needs a permit applied for and obtained. Is this something you can help me with?
Yes, our office staff will work closely with the city or village to apply, obtain and complete any needed inspections required by your local municipality.
I work during the week; do you have weekend appointments?
